I opened Pole Fitness New Zealand’s doors four years ago and have loved every minute of it. I have all ages, all shapes and sizes and fitness abilities walking through the door and I absolutely LOVE teaching all of you!
There is absolutely no need to be nervous. We offer a casual, comfortable environment. Classes are relaxed they are a lot of fun and rewarding. Age is no issue either with my most mature client coming in at the ripe old age of 71. One last thing laughing is compulsory in my classes.

I love going to Casey's Pole Fitness classes! There highly addictive and a lot of fun. I was so nervous for my first class but Casey made me feel relaxed and comfortable. The classes are a good work out and you gain a lot of respect for strippers. I always enjoy the classes, learning new moves and trying to look sexy, as it’s not easy. My first classes with Casey left me so sore that I could barely open
the fridge the next day! But after 6 months of weekly classes, I was able to hold my
own body weight; a first in my entire life!
I love pole fitness so much. It is the first fitness workout that I have stuck to and it
shows. I have people comment on my beautifully sculpted arms, and they ask how many hours
at the gym it takes me. NONE! 1 hour a week with the fabulous Miss Green and I'm done!

When I first started looking for pole dancing studios
in Auckland I was really searching for somewhere welcoming, where I could
feel comfortable and learn at my own pace as well as get the results I
was looking for.
Pole fitness is awesome! Arriving at my first class (all by myself), I
was so nervous, with no idea what to expect. Casey was so inviting, helpful
and refreshingly honest about what I could expect to get out of classes.
I remember her warning me that I would feel my muscles working and that
I may even have some anonymous bruises, sure enough the next few days
I was sore and the bruisers were there too! Since I started Pole Fitness
I've become stronger and more toned. I actually had pole dancing withdrawals
when I couldn't make a few classes! I'm back now and getting really confident
and feeling more and more sexy!
